I was never the biggest cartoon-guy when I was a kid but I remember Rugrats, Pinky and the Brain and Hey Arnold were my go-to shows. I watched that stop-motion Rudolph Cristmas special non-stop though, even when it wasn't around Christmas.

Growing up I was mainly into old 50's shows for the most part like Leave it to Beaver and I Love Lucy for some reason.

Screw Leave it to Beaver, I never liked that show because I thought it was racist for some odd reason but I loved I Love Lucy and all of the spin offs, The Lucille Ball Show and that other one. can't recall the name now.

Totally. The first two seasons were the only ones that were any good, and they were awesome. Pokemon is just such a kiddy show that the line between awesome and horrible is so thin.

Does anyone remember Conan the Adventurer from the 90s? Best cartoon ever until I started watching anime back when Ronin Warriors came on American TV in like '96.

Really, although I LOVE the old Pokemon, watching the old episodes... they suck almost as much as the new ones. The Nostalgia Filter is a powerful force.

And hey, what about Johnny Bravo? Or yes, even Powerpuff Girls? I watch those on occasion on Boomerang with my younger (and older) siblings. Nice to see that my little bros prefer the cartoons from my youth to the ones out right now, most of which are crap.
