I think it's better than Primer. It had a more cohesive plot with far better sound design and camera work. Don't get me wrong, Primer is amazing, I just love Upstream Color so much that I may be a bit biased.

I love Upstream Color as well but I prefer Primer just a bit more because of how much of a mind bender it is.
