State Of Play (bootleg, single, albums, American, show)

I had to laugh when I saw they were making this into a movie.

The original BBC series was one of the best drama's of the past 10 years. There isn't a single wasted minute of it's 6 hour long episodes. I just don't see how making it into a movie will do it any justice whatsoever.

And as for the cast , the BBC version had John Simm , David Morrissey , Bill Nighy , Kelly McDonald , James McAvoy , Rebekah Staton , Marc Warren & Phillip Glenister. Some of the best British actors currently around. You really think Russell Crowe & Ben Affleck can compete with that talent? give me a fucking break.

So yeah , if anyone is even tempted to watch this movie do yourself a favour & get the DVD of the serial instead.

Anybody else LOVE the original Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy show on the Beeb? (and yes I use the word beeb to show you all how cool I am).

The American movie was funny because it was based off of the BBC series.
Likewise, this is going to be funny because it is baed off of the BBC series
