Can't fing the clip I was looking for (it's when the Hispanic guy and Wahlberg decide to go seperate ways and it's really over-dramatic on Wahlberg's part) but here's what I'm talking about: Not a good role for Marky Mark. He's way too over-dramatic throughout the entire thing. I just hated the movie. Unfortunately, my old room mate was a chronic bad movie watcher and I've watched way more bad ones than good ones. Another movie I thought sucked: |

I thought this movie was decent too.
I don't get all the M. Night Shyamalan hate. I never saw "The Last Airbender", but I have seen most of his movies and they're fairly enjoyable, especially the early ones.

Personally, I thought The Happening was hilarious, not sure if that was intentional. I heard Shyamalan in some interview said he wanted to make a B movie actually, well to make a movie that looks like some B movies from the 50s and 60s, I guess.

I liked the Sixth Sense and Signs, and Devil's actually quite a good film too if anyone here hasn't seen that already. I only enjoyed the Happening as I thought it was hilarious. Like Dankrsta, I'm not sure if that was intentional or not.
The Last Airbender is absolutely terrible though. I hated the Village too, but I just hated how the plot resolved itself rather than on any technical level though. |
