They're not even close to that bad. I mean they're boring, stupid, and cheesy as **** but not even close to some of the worst movies ever made.

Twilight is pretty bad, I watched the first one and haven't seen the second or third:

So, I don't know this for sure, but from what I can guess...

First movie: Boy 1 meets girl 1, boy 1 is a vampire, girl 1 loves him anyway.
Second movie: Girl 1 meets another boy, boy 2 - who is a warewolf and doubts her love for boy 1.
Third movie: Girl 1 and boy 1 decide they both do love each other, and get married.

That amongst a load of vampire wars or whatever.

That's got to be ONE of the worst films ever?

Just LOOK at that picture! How could that not scream "worst movie ever!" to you?

Besides, as a big Stephen King/JK Rowling fan, I find this quote terribly amusing

I've only seen the first one(we had to watch it in school) but I'm mainly just hearing people complaining about. It's bad, but not nearly as bad as everyone says. The second and third movies are probably worse but still. Mainly I just want people to stop talking about it so this stupid fad can die.

They're bad films, bad concept/no believability/bad acting/horrible 'twists' just make it a bad film. I want them to die as well, but not out of hate. I just pity them, and it's only girls that like these films. And they tend to be morons, so when a girls favourite film is Twilight, I know not to speak to her. (For the most part.)

I think when the final one is done and dusted, the fad will die down. But girls will watch the films over and over for years to come.

I watched the first one when the hype wasn't there, or at least I didn't notice it. So I was impartial to it, and it was a bad film.
