No.
I just think platformers are inherently better in the 2D format. It has nothing to do with technology, you could make a 2D platformer and it still have mindblowing 3D graphics. It's just a lot harder to make a good 3D platformer, and a lot of franchises that tried to make the transition to 3D really suffered from it. Sonic is a good example, Castlevania have also tried and failed. |

I'm sorry to rain on the Wii love thread, but am I the only person who thinks that the Wii is this generation's Power Glove in phallus format?
Not to say that it doesn't have some fun games, but I think the whole motion sensor aspect gets old and dry after a while. |
