Actually it's gotten much better reviews than previous Sonic games, Sega are at least showing signs of improvement, so maybe they are actually learning. It got much praise for the Sonic stages and 2D elements, while most of the criticism was directed at the werehog gimmick. It's not illogical to assume that someone over at Sega might catch on to that.
I also quite liked Secret Rings. I don't think the Sonic franchise is ever gonna die, worst case scenario is that Sega will end up sticking to just making 2D games for the handheld consoles. Actually, that's probably what they should have done a long time ago. |
One thing I like about the Wii is that because games can be made for it on the cheap and graphics aren't really that important for the console, it means we're kinda seeing a revival of 2D games for home consoles. I hope they're be more games like Wario Land: Shake It and Super Paper Mario in the future.

Wii really needs a masturbation game. Think about how great that would be...and it would fit perfectly with the remote as well.

There is a minigame on Warioware that fits it all too well...

aahhh, warioware. Lovely memories. I remember played Smooth Moves with my brother all day long and laughing at how ridiculous we looked. |
Warioware looks pretty awesome and retro. It has great style along with Super Paper Mario.

I'm all for advancing the technology that will allow for the creation of an oral sex video game, where Angelina Jolie is the final boss.
