if it hasn't been mentioned already it's cause everyone's still knackered from the 'debate' when it came out. I saw it in the cinema and it was too long and there was too much plot crammed in and batman was crap and heath ledger had nothing on jack and i could hardly see anything and i wanted it to STOP.

It was comparatively good of course, just vastly overrated. The best part was seeing it in the Gallery where you get an unlimited supply of nachos and cheese. mmm... nachos and cheese

The Dark Knight was easly the best in the series and it's a great movie.

But yeah, I am sick and tired of hearing the crazy fanboys give Burton absolutely no credit for anything and rant about how superior Heath Ledgers performance is to Nicholsons.

Burton and Nicholson had the best Batman for a good long run. Nolan beat Burton with Batman Begins and Ledger beat Nicholson with The Dark Knight.

You gotta respect the previous champions!
