I find your lack of taste. . . disturbing.

Dude, westerns are awesome, space is awesome. Mixing the two together, what's not totally awesome about that?

See: Cowboy Bebop.

hey guess what i think is overrated (not a terrible film of course, just OVER-rated)

I have it on DVD and watched it for the first time in many moons the other day, despite all that nerve-shredding tension and Grace Jones* being f*cking Barbie-sex on legs I just couldn't get over the total lack of any realism whatsoever... ALL his neighbours have their windows and curtains wide open, and if it's night-time they close the windows, yet leave the curtains open and put ALL their lights on. The cartoon-Technicolor and very obvious sound stage-look to the scenery don't help. Still a classic, but I am not as fond of it as I used to be, it's better if you imagine you are watching a stage play

I agree with you on that one, but noticing opeth in your recent list makes me want to take back what I just said and choke on it and die.

Hidden Fortress was the masterpiece, Star Wars just plain sucks, and George Lucas should be one of the first on the chopping block for promoting global retardation and getting fat off it. Off with his head!
I liked the Empire Strikes Back when I was a kid, but I grew up...

edit: on another forum I frequent a statement like this would normally be followed with 'no send', I don't want to beef with anyone I am just so overwhelmingly indifferent to the Most Overrated Franchise Ever it spills out
