I think Buffy sucks but I could totally see ISB geeking out on it.

Are you just exaggerating for comedic effect, or do you truly think it straight up sucks?

Pretty sure we had this convo in plug, where you shat on it, and then admitted that you'd only ever seen like one episode. Then I recced Restless and The Body, and you bitched out.

I didn't watch more than one episode because of how much it sucked. I didn't even finish the episode.

Holy **** I had to look up those titles and The Body was where Buffy lost its innocence. The show was just always a bit darker afterward.

Is it really that comparable to TMR? I gotta admit that it's pretty impressive for a grower to reach that level of popularity on television given the format and capabilities of the time.

It's a self-consciously cheesy show with great writing, so it might not be that big of a stretch that it might be a grower for you.
