Nearing the end of season one and the only complaint that I have is the DEA narrator spending all this time in Columbia without learning Spanish. You pick up a lot through immersion without even trying, dude should know by now. Otherwise really really good ****.

That scene where Kiko's wife tries to nonchalantly bring up the war tax while eating with Pablo is insanely tense.

I love the old Batmans. Adam West is a hoot.

Right now, I'm watching all the episodes of Weeds. They just had a marathon on Showtime and I can still see them on free view. It's fascinating to see Mary Louise Parker transform from a suburban mom to a near drug lord while dragging her kids through Hell. And it somehow never loses its humor.

I never realized how much Adam West used to be a hunk. *swoons*

So ****ing looking forward to this:

Michael Shannon & Taylor Kitsch?

I seriously think Kitsch is one of the most underrated actors working today.

So god damn bad ass. The slow burn up until the final 5 minutes was perfect.

And it's only gonna get better! The Punisher is an amazing series.
Yesterday I saw the pilot to this:

Oh my, oh my oh my. Such a violent, absurd story. Such lovely characters.
If you like comic book adaptations like "Preacher", if you don't mind concepts as bizarre as this one (ex cop turned assassins meets an imaginary flying unicorn named happy and together.. well, I don't really know yet what they'll be up to, but judging by the pilot, there will be a lot of blood and creative violence involved, as well as some really funny sh*t), check it out.

Finished up season 1 of The Punisher. 11/10. Bernhall is amazing in this. Actually reminded me of bad ass DeNiro at times.

Can't wait to see what happens with Jigsaw in season 2.

Black Mirror

Just finished up the new season of Black Mirror, and god damn this show just continues to deliver. I still think San Junipero is the best episode they have ever made, but this season continues to present why we praise the show so much. All the twists and turns that the episodes took in this season were far more shocking than a lot of episodes in previous seasons. Still, Black Mirror continues to be one of my all time favorite shows on Netflix, and I hope it continues this strike of genius for seasons to come. If you've not see the show at all, get on it, you're missing out big time.
