Dude, no. Flash is cool, but Arrow is amazing. It's also the show the Flash spun-off from, so it makes sense to watch it first.
Two posts from my comic journal on the subject of Arrow's awesomeness. Why My Favorite Show Is Better than Your Favorite Show Why My Favorite Show Is Better than Your Favorite Show: Part Deux |

Of course, they are inaccessible in the latest versions Chromium and Firefox for Linux systems, so Amazon is not off to a good start. |

(I know they have a new cast etc.) |
Amazing.....the father in season 1....the one who owns the diner....tells Billy Bob Thorton's character a story about how he has seen much worse things than him
Season 2 is what happened So far nothing too crazy has happened but you can tell this is building up for some real insanity :) |

Psychedelic Brittania
A trip through the most visionary period in British music history, five kaleidoscopic years between 1965 and 1970 when a handful of dreamers reimagined pop music. BBC iPlayer - Psychedelic Britannia Excellent. Well worth an hour of your time. Quote:

Criminal Minds, Game of Thrones and American Horror Story.
I'm not into any love story tv shows, like gossip girls. |
Been watching the new series of The Knick. Probably the best show of the decade so far. Lovely cinematography (almost exclusively hand held I think), great story/characters/humour and the best music on any show.

Ash Vs. The Evil Dead really paid off

Just a few of the things I've been watching lately:
http://cdn-1.nflximg.com/us/boxshots/ghd/80025521.jpg The Leftovers (HBO) A certain percent of the world population mysteriously disappeared in a single event, and the show follows the lives of a community coping with it. Really strange and interesting show. Season 2 came out recently and I'm enjoying it as much if not more than the first. http://cdn-3.nflximg.com/us/boxshots/ghd/80028383.jpg You're the Worst (FX/Hulu) Essentially a romantic comedy focused on two anti-relationship who meet at a mutual friend's wedding. Quite funny. http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/51qY0T2438L.jpg Salamander (BBC/Netflix) A Belgian crime thriller in which a police inspector investigates the robbery of 66 safe deposit boxes at a private bank in Brussels - the contents of which are used to blackmail government officials in order for this organized group to gain more control over the government. Flemish with English subtitles. Working through this one slowly as my girlfriend didn't enjoy it, so I watch an episode whenever I have time alone. |
Play it Loud: The Story of the Marshall Amp
One iconic black box has probably more than anything else come to define the sound of rock - the Marshall amplifier. It has been, quite literally, behind some of the greatest names in modern music. BBC iPlayer - Play it Loud: The Story of the Marshall Amp Good watch. Also been watching Vikings courtesy of a months free trial of Amazon Prime. Really enjoying it. |
Ash vs the Evil dead absolutely delivers what it promises. Go see it. Do it.

Hate to admit it but I'm hooked on Below Deck.

Fishing With John is goddamned amazing. It's on Netflix if you're inclined to try it before you buy it.
|
Is it possible to get a free trial code for Netflix?
|
Pretty sure they'll give you a free month's trial once you sign up. You can always cancel before the month is up.
Mind you, I'd recommend Plex TV instead; no country restrictions. |

Been watching the second series of The Life Of Rock With Brian Pern, a mockumentary about an ageing rock star. It's very funny and, at times, very true to life.
BBC iPlayer - Brian Pern: A Life in Rock - Series 2: Episode 1 First episode from the first series:  |

Finished the first season of Flash and immediately jumped in and binged the first four episodes of Arrow. Love it. Dude is the balls. The back story is really compelling and the fact they don't have to lean on the supernatural is kinda refreshing after 23 episodes of Flash.

We are one. We will know the glory of Oliver Queen together. Laurel is boring. But her dad is badass. Diggle is awesome, even if only for his introduction of the Suicide Squad (don't worry about it, it'll come). And Slade. Is. The ****ing. Man. |

Took me a while to recognize her dad. He was the major baddy from season three of 24. He was born to play that sort of roll. Here's to hoping him and Queen come to terms. |
