Oh fuck my opinion!

It's only over an actor, for goodness sake. I just think he can express himself better than most other actors through his voice. He can put so much emotion into his words through the smallest change of tone.

Finally got around to watching this series, recently finished the 1st season and am about 2/3 through this one. I am impressed, and I don't see any obstacle keeping me from finishing the entire series within the week.
I think everyone who missed the show while it was on TV decided to finish it in as little time as possible. When my friend and I stumbled upon it last year I think we took a week to enjoy the first season, another week for the second, but then just plowed through the last three. Truly is the greatest show to have ever been on TV.

It's so funny you posted this, because I just started watching it on Netflix too. Started watching the first episode, gave up and went to watching A Bit of Fry and Laurie instead (also on Netflix btw). Still planning on going back to try again, but kinda of bummed to read this about it.

I almost gave up on it when I first started watching it but I found it got better on repeated viewings although I've not watched it in years. I know there are a lot of pop culture references in it and it was made something like 12 years ago so I could imagine something like that would date it very quickly.

Easily the most consistently funny British comedy show of the last 10 years.

I'm surprised at how little it seems to be known outside of the UK.

Both are excellent. Won't have a bad word said about either.

Spaced is something I've meant to revisit. My experience with it was nearly identical to NSW's but I dropped it for Black Books instead.
