new season of south park has been brilliant. Really the only original comedic television show on right now.

So I started watching Firefly today. For some stupid reason I left it to the last hours of the evening so I only had time to watch the first episode, but I'm gripped. This is definitely a show I will be watching to the end of the series.

Yay! Firefly is easily in my top 5 shows ever. Too bad it was so shortlived. It deserved a much longer run.

Oh god. I remember my first time watching Firefly all the way through. I wish I could watch it for the first time all over again. I'm so happy the Nathan Fillion (Malcom Reynolds) is basically playing the same character on Castle. I watch so few detective shows, but that show makes me smile.

The past 10 years have without a doubt been the pinnacle of American TV dramas.

The Wire, The Sopranos, Rome, Breaking Bad (incredible show, just got into it a few weeks ago), Mad Men and Boardwalk Empire is drama at the very highest level. Nothing else from any other time in history or from any other country comes close as far as I've seen.

There's a new show on called "Grimm". It has potential, I think.

Enlightened

I'm in love. Apparently the ratings for it have been bad. I really hope more people start watching this, because it's pretty amazing.
