Oh god. I remember my first time watching Firefly all the way through. I wish I could watch it for the first time all over again. I'm so happy the Nathan Fillion (Malcom Reynolds) is basically playing the same character on Castle. I watch so few detective shows, but that show makes me smile.

The past 10 years have without a doubt been the pinnacle of American TV dramas.
The Wire, The Sopranos, Rome, Breaking Bad (incredible show, just got into it a few weeks ago), Mad Men and Boardwalk Empire is drama at the very highest level. Nothing else from any other time in history or from any other country comes close as far as I've seen.

On television right now, I've been watching Grimm. It has promise. I still don't know if I'm totally sold on the lead actor carrying the series yet, but the show itself earns a thumbs up from me.

Just finished watching Game of Thrones last night which is easily one of the best HBO series' and deserves to be put at the same tier as other greats like The Wire, and The Sopranos. I really hope the show doesn't fall into the same pit that Rome did and just become too costly to warrant a 3rd season. Tonight I'm going to start watching Boardwalk Empire because so many people I sometimes pretend to respect in real life have raved about it. A lot of people on MB who I do actually respect have said good things about it too so I probably won't be disappointed.

I've been watching Suits. I think it's one of the better shows I've been introduced to this year but then I'm a big fanboy of legal dramas. A good cast of characters and the pacing of the series is well done too. I'd recommend this to anybody. Also I was wondering if someone could point my to the direction of any thread that has recommendations of tv shows that contains good music. I would really appreciate it.
