Just got into The Blue Planet (well, second season) by accident, and hooked. Now I have to watch it all. Also into the new medieval drama The White Princess, about Elizabeth of York, wife to King Henry VII. Really good so far. Enjoying too the new season of Madam Secretary and looking forward to The Orville, looks like it could be a real sci-fi spoof/satire gem.

Also, for those not worried by subtitles, Danish drama Below the Surface is definitely worth a look.

Loved it. They really nailed all of the details.

Caught the new Star Trek (Discovery) and I have to say that so far I don't think a lot of it. Don't like the new idea with the Klingons, and they seem to be going so far out of their way to make it a racial/sexual inclusive process that it's actually coming across as something of a parody. Also, the titles suck balls. Like something from a show about renaissance art or something. Zero heart, zero effect, zero emotion, zero drama. I'll give it a chance (it's Star Trek after all) but I fear they may have stretched it too far this time...

I laughed once during this season's The Orville.

Spoiler for Latchcomb!:
It was when The Moclans yelled "LATCHCOMB!"

I was looking forward to that until I saw it's a MacFarlane show. Now my standards have been knocked down several levels, and I bet it still falls below them.
