finished the second season of "Master of None" last night and holy hell. The parallels between the last couple episodes and my own personal current situation was jarring. not even just story arc-wise (it's damn close), but his emotional developments and reactions. I don't think theres ever been a scene in any movie or show that ive sympathized with as much as the
Spoiler for Scene:
conversation he has with Francesca about "feeling used". and I understand both sides - she wasn't "using" him, but am living his end. the entire situation is so incredibly real it's still freaking me out a bit.

I am so not looking forward to that finale now that I know a bit about it. I feel like I am going to be in the same position as you.

I put spoilers in for a reason! the last couple episodes are great, just so strange how similar our positions were

I don't pay attention to spoiler tags. I always click it anyways. I will still watch because I want to see it unfold.

American Gods had it's first complete nothing of an episode this week, but it was at least well put together.

Just finished watching a five-part series on Channel 4 called The Trial: A Murder in the Family, which basically created a murder case (using actors) and then set a jury of ordinary people to determine the guilt or innocence of the defendant. A real judge presided and real barristers prosecuted and defended the case, and it gave a great insight into how the British justice system works, how the courts work and how juries come to their verdict. Extremely interesting and quite a surprising ending. Recommended.

Last night I saw a show on Amazon called A Long Strange Trip. Turns out it wasn't really a show but a short docu-series on The Grateful Dead. I ended up watching an episode an a half before falling asleep.
