It's a great show. Got a little confusing with the guy, the wanderer, who turned up and started just ****ing all the women? Seemed like some sort of a healer, there was some intimation he may have been a god? Came back on track very well though and I must admit I was surprised it continued after That was unexpected.

Trek evolved very well from the original series, where nobody died, or if they died they came back to life, to NexGen, where they kind of still did that but there began to be real shocks ("Lower Decks" blew me away with its ending) and then of course in DS9 all bets were off: basically 24 in space! Still, if you want to see a show that really deals with death in unexpected ways you should check out Babylon 5.
