I totally endorse this. Just skip the post-John Byrne issues. They're not the same after that. If you want to know where the real inspiration for Deadpool came from, then...

We'll talk once I've finished the series. Keep your mouth shut until then.

Peaky Blinders has been great so far. Shame to have lost Tom Hardy (not sure if he's coming back) but going strong in his absence. And I love the new direction of the show, no idea what's coming next.

I wish it was subtitled.

Just finished episode 11 of Jessica Jones, and it's still getting awesomer (don't care if that's a word).

Spoiler for spoilers:
I'm loving Trish's character more and more. She fits right into the darker tone of the show, but she still manages to maintain a certain bubbly optimism and enthusiasm that just makes her delightful. And every time she gets in a fight I find myself going, "Yes, yes, kick is ****ing ass. Be god damn Hellcat."

Her fight with Simpson was epic, and she totally gave me a superheroine boner. I don't know exactly what they have planned for her, but she's clearly not going to remain in Jessica's shadow forever. Whether or not they decide to give her her own show, I have no doubt she's only going to become more awesome... unless they kill her by the end of the series, at which point I will picket Marvel's main headquarters: Disney World.

I'm also curious if this means that Marvel and Netflix are actually planning out a Marvel TV "Phase 2", that will build on this new universe once The Defenders mini-series is over. If so, I'd say this is probably our best chance at She-Hulk: she's a lawyer, so she's got a connection to Daredevil and Jessica Jones, she hires PIs, so that's another connection to Jessica Jones AND Hellcat, and I'm sure it wouldn't be hard to link her to Heroes for Hire. Though I don't exactly know how they would handle her appearance with a TV budget.

Even with movie money, they'd either have to just paint her green or use CGI, and both could very easily look hokey on a character who spends the majority of her time and dramatic moments while green. And I doubt a TV show would have the money to have a character CGI'd green for thirteen episodes. So either, they use body paint, or they keep Jen human for most of the series, and only have her Hulk out when necessary. I know they did that for her second solo series, but I wanna see her green as much as possible... for plot reasons... yeah...

And soon... Daredevil season 2. Life is good.

Spoiler for :):
Here's hoping she pops up in the Defenders series, and then turns into Hellcat and joins the team. After all, in the comics, she was a Defender for like a billion issues.

As for She Hulk, rather then introduce her as a recurring character, I think they're more likely to give her a brief appearance on Daredevil. It'd fit, since they could easily set up an episode where the two clash as lawyers on opposite sides of some issue, and it'd give them the chance to test out possible make-up/effects for her skin color before featuring her extensively on other shows in the future.

Episode 1 of Daredevil season 2 and Punisher like a mu****a!!! Well, it looks like Marvel's in the process of taking DC's TV crown to further humiliate them. They can do no wrong.

Into the Red Dragon portion of the final season of Hannibal. So nice to see that they stayed true to Harris's novel on how Mason Verger met his demise.

Eels rule baby.

Just finished up the show. Although slow at times throughout season three, the final scene was absolutely mind blowing. It's not very often that I'll be watching something and find myself saying out loud "NO WAY!"

Again, loved how they blended Red Dragon and Hannibal together and said **** it in regard to the novel's timelines.

Loved this show and plan on re-watching it somewhere down the road. Hard to believe this ever got on network TV considering how gory it was.
