The Secrets of Quantum Physics: Einstein's Nightmare
Professor of physics Jim Al-Khalili investigates the most accurate and yet perplexing scientific theory ever - quantum physics. The first episode looks at how Albert Einstein thought he'd found the fatal flaw in quantum theory because it implies that sub-atomic particles can communicate faster than light. Good watch. http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode...-there-be-life |

I actually know nothing about the show. Even when I've heard spoilers I didn't pay much attention to the names and stuff so it meant nothing. I haven't watched another episode since because I've been swamped with school work. I'm gonna try to get another episode or two in tonight, and report back

Horizon: Do You Know What Time It Is?
Particle physicist Professor Brian Cox asks, 'What time is it?' It's a simple question and it sounds like it has a simple answer. But do we really know what it is that we're asking? Very good watch, and an insight into how little we really know and understand. BBC iPlayer - Horizon - 2008-2009: 4. Do You Know What Time It Is? |
