Re-watching Avatar because it never gets old. Also started re-watching Twin Peaks recently.

Anything with David Attenborough in it, best hangover cure on a Sunday!

I'm catching up on Sons of Anarchy, almost finished with season 1. I'll watch season 2, then download season 3.

Never heard of that show, I had to look it up. I'm surprised an American version hasn't been made yet. A lot of our reality shows seemed to be made from European shows.

Human Planet is an awe-inspiring, jaw-dropping, heart-stopping landmark series that marvels at mankind's incredible relationship with nature in the world today.

Uniquely in the animal kingdom, humans have managed to adapt and thrive in every environment on Earth. Each episode takes you to the extremes of our planet: the arctic, mountains, oceans, jungles, grasslands, deserts, rivers and even the urban jungle. Here you will meet people who survive by building complex, exciting and often mutually beneficial relationships with their animal neighbours and the hostile elements of the natural world.

Human Planet crews have filmed in around 80 locations, bringing you many stories that have never been told on television before. The team has trekked with HD cameras and state of the art gear to film from the air, from the ground and underwater. The result: a “cinematic experience” created by world-class natural history and documentary camera crews and programme makers.

Stunning. I understand I should probably watch Planet Earth though before talking it up too much?

^^^

I knew I should have checked this out but for some reason or another didn't get around to it. I will do catch up!

BBC - BBC Two Programmes - A History of Ancient Britain

Neil Oliver is so enthusiastic about the subject he is talking about and he makes a very good if understated presenter. Fantastic series and he makes you proud to be British on rare occasions! and there has been some sights I didn't even know about that I JUST have to visit.

BBC iPlayer - Wonders of the Universe: Destiny

He used to play keyboards in banal 90's dance band D:ream! Now he is presenting weighty issues with panache and an alleged huge female fanbase!

No matter. His understated enthusiasm for a very complicated subject is great viewing. 3 parts left to this fascinating programme and I learnt what 'Entropy' means too!

A History of Ancient Britain did sound really interesting but I never saw it. I'll check for it on iPlayer. Human Planet is on series catch up on iPlayer at the moment.
