I'd take either but gotta disagree brother. I think the finest character is Black Rose though.

My recent entries in my comic book journal have given me the urge to rewatch all of Arrow. I'm noticing that there are hints of things as far back as the pilot that are still being introduced in season 3. We still don't know why or how exactly Oliver became a "captain" in the Russian mob. I love that kind of in-depth, long-term planning. It shows that the writers, not only care, but have been excited about their project since day one.
I also am just noticing the subtle changes in Oliver's character. In the beginning of the series he was quasi-sociopathic in how he manipulated everyone from his allies to his own family, all in the name of his obsessive war against crime. He also seemed to be like a barely-caged animal, with rage and violence always a heartbeat away. Even if the show is more Batman than Green Arrow, it explores a lot of Batman's psychology in ways that are as smart as anything actually Batman.

Constantine (TV Series 2014 So, am I the only one watching Constantine ? There are only 6 episodes out (I think) but with every one of them, the show is getting better. They are becoming less "pc" and the whole heaven vs hell thing seems to be handled a lot better than in for example Supernatural (which had some cool moments but ultimately is just stupid and makes me feel old) |
