Speaking of which, I haven't even touched Parks and Recreation again since finding Frasier. Already on Season 2 of Frasier, so i'm content.
He just comes across as a legitimate douchebag. Like that annoying loser kid who would have gotten picked on in high school, but they latched onto the cool kids hard enough that, enough though they were never accepted, they were still allowed to be the in-crowd's pet. And of course, to show how cool they really were, they became *******s to all the people they probably used to hang out with the year before.

Exactly. I vaguely remember when he started to show up as a comedy act years ago, which I didn't even find that funny, and ever since then, i've seen nothing from him that's even remotely interesting.

He's pretty funny in this sketch.

His stand up comedy though is just awful.
Aziz imo is only good on minor supporting roles but as a lead role or a stand up comedian he doesn't quite cut it.

I saw him on Conan once and he told a story about seeing 50 Cent at a restaurant. 50 orders a grapefruit soda and when the waiter brings it he asks "why isn't it purple?" That was when Aziz realized that 50 Cent doesn't know what a grapefruit was.

Pretty much the only time he got a laugh out of me.

I once heard him tell a story about how he was at Jay-Z's birthday party or something, and Jay-Z (who apparently Aziz kind of worships) called him in front of the crowd to say something funny. Aziz was hella tired and didn't know what to say, so Jay-Z snatched the microphone back and got all pissed. Rather than acknowledge that Jay-Z had been a dick to him, Aziz acted like he had failed. Allowing the cool guy to get away with being an ******* just because you want to be friends with him is a true sign of a douchebag wannabe.

I like Aziz in Parks but couldn't get through one of his specials on Netflix. Seems like a nice enough guy in real life though. Organized a nice benefit for the Boston bombing victims which gets him points from me.

Nope. It was definitely Jay-Z.
