^ Fargo is pretty good but nothing beats Orphan Black this season
I really miss Hannibal though

So the latest season of Louie has been incredible and very cinematic. I kind of felt that the last 2 or 3 episodes of season 3 weren't really up to par but this season (4) has exceeded my expectations to the upmost. This season's a perfect blend of drama and absurd hilarity. They really take on the strange humour of Louis C.K. on this season to bring a bit of odd comedy to the rather dark situations Louie finds himself in.

I just got around to watching that last episode of Louie at first I felt like it came off as a Reefer Madness-esque thing but the acting was superb though by the science teacher, his mom and the drug dealer(Jeremy Renner)
I've only seen the first season of Louie. I have some catching up to do!
Animated version of what was, and maybe still is, the most downloaded podcast in history. I'd only seen bits and pieces of this, and listened to a couple of the radio podcasts, but mostly this went overlooked.
I could not recommend this enough. It may be called The Ricky Gervais Show but, like Idiot Abroad, it's very much all about Karl Pilkington. It's a platform created by Gervais and Merchant for him to talk and for people tro get more of an insight into who he is and how his mind works, the latter being somewhat unique to say the least.
Three people sat in a room, talking (but discussing the big questions really, not just aimless chatter) with very basic animation. It's simple, it must have been cheap, yet it's funnier than a hell of a lot of written, crafted, scripted comedy. It's just another example of why exactly Gervais and Merchant took a little break from their own careers and instead worked on, as Gervais himself called it, "Operation: Get Karl famous".
"Karl, if you could spend the day with an exact replica of you, what would you do?"
"How would I know which one I was?"
"If you knew with absolute certainty that today was the end of the world, how would you spend that final day?"
"I've always wanted to kick a duck up the arse."

^If you liked the first season of Louie you'll like the rest. They continually get better.
I started watching Triptank a couple of days ago, it's pretty funny. A little hit and miss on a couple of episodes, but it's more hit than miss. I guess that's what you get when you watch an ADD cartoon made for adults.

I love the Ricky Gervais Show, I've never seen an episode that failed to provide laughs.

Same. I loved watching it every Friday night I think it was when it was still airing along with that show about Tim.
Poor Tim could never catch a break.

Ricky's laugh is just so infectious, I can't help but crack up along with him.

Everything about Gervais screams comedy to me, guy's a gold mine. He's the reason why I consider the Office UK to be far superior to the Office US.
