I think I just found my summer show. I watched the debut of Mistresses last night and...a lesbian love triangle, Alyssa Milano in skanky lingerie, and best of all a hot Asian psychiatrist chick who had an affair with a client who was dying, gave him a lethal dose of morphine to commit suicide with, is about to get investigated for it, and is probably about to bang the dead dude's son as well. Ah, trashy TV. Glorious, glorious trashy TV.

So I jumped on the bandwagon, started watching Arrested Development and got through season 1 in two days. I always love those shows about despicable human beings and this is no exception.

What night does this come on? I meant to check out the Pilot but missed it somehow.

Monday at ten PM. It was a pretty epic first episode. Had me hooked from the go.

Playhouse Presents... Gifted - Sky Arts HD

How the hell can u pack in story of such emotional power in a mere 23 minutes is nothing short of superb. The music is amazing (Radiohead, a rendition of Mr. Bojangles). The acting sublime and natural with the payoff truly stirring.

I had a tear in my eye and not afraid to admit it. The Green Mile is a good indicator for what it's about.
