I've seen the first two episodes of season 5 of Breaking Bad and then I stopped, simply because it was coming to an end and so I wanted to leave it a little so as to not leave such a long wait until season 6.

I think that show is great from the very start, but I also think it gets better every year.

On dvd, I'm watching "Twin Peaks" and "Monk" (I've got a crush on Traylor Howard who portrays Monk's assistant, Natalie).

Tonight may be the night.
This I worry about. If it's based on the UK version, which was itself based on the Michael Dobbs novels, nothing, I repeat nothing can hold a candle to the late Sir Ian Richardson's Francis Urquart. I hope they don't ruin it by, er, Americanising (should that be Americanizing?) it too much. It was a stunning, stunning piece of television drama: please don't say they made it a comedy or something stupid like that....

^From what I can tell, it's supposed to be pretty suspenseful.

I liked it. It is a tad uneven and has a few throwaway plots, but overall it's pretty interesting.

Didn't look back, but I finally got around to watching Bates Motel. I think its very good. I think they are doing Hitchcock proud with the effort. Can't wait for it to get creepier.
