I've been watching this show too and really enjoying it. The lead, played by Kiefer Sutherland, lost his wife on 9/11 and has raised his son, who is a mute, autistic and freaks out whenever anyone touches him, on his own. The show is based on the theory that everything in life is connected by numbers, by sequences and patterns and his son possesses an understanding of this. What seemed to be random numbers, his dad begins to realise are an attempt for his son to communicate with him and help people, as he uses sequences and patterns in numbers to be able to see timelines and therefore peoples pasts and futures.

It'll be interesting to see where they go with it because, six episodes in to the series, I'm loving it and thinking its worked very well. Whether or not it has the potential to run for a long time or not though, I'm not sure.

Definitely watch it, but make sure you start with season one. I wouldn't recommend anyone start watching it from the point they are televising now.

If you like fantasy stuff, you should enjoy it!

I'm about to watch the season finale of this. I've heard some not so great things about the finale from some people but I've enjoyed the season so far.

Recently I have been watching Touch, like the person said above^^

And when it was on air LOST was possibly one of the best TV series I have seen. I kind of want to watch it all again.

I've been watching the peep show. It's funny, it takes awkward humor to the next level

Red Dwarf + Red Dwarf: Back to Earth

I re-watched all eight series of its original run recently, having not seen them since it was on. I was 4 when the first series aired and so naturally a lot of it I knew well and a lot of it I didn't. Some of it I may or may not have ever even seen before. I used to adore this show when I was younger and re-watching it again just makes me realise how much I still love it. Goofy, quirky and very intelligently written sci-fi sitcom.

Back to Earth (a three-part resurrection that served as series 9) is something I watched when it aired and was somewhat undecided on. I watched it again and I have to say that I like it. General consensus has been negative, which isnt really a surprise. It had been a full 10 years since the show last aired with series VIII, the actors had aged and there was no laughter track or live studio audience. The last point would often be a good thing but the new specials had a very different feel to them and didnt feel familiar. That, however, didnt mean the content was no good. The first part was pretty poor but parts two and three were actually pretty great.

Can't wait for series X!

Red Dwarf, now there's a series I haven't watched since I was a lad and probably missed 95% of the jokes. Definitely a series I need to revisit, hopefully it will be on Instant Netflix soon, like so many other great British comedies.

Yeah, a lot of British shows are making it onto Netflix now. Red Dwarf is on UK Netflix now, but not US & Canada.

Absolutely adore Red Dwarf and I did enjoy "Season 9" as well. I need to re-watch them all again though, as well as Peep Show.
