Mahone was good. Other saving grace is the number of cringeworthy moments that made me laugh out loud. The actors in that show are so awful (especially Lincoln's actor, and that Gretchen character that shows up in season 3).

Nucky Thompson and Nelson Van Alden are still the best characters and I'm hoping their characters continue to improve in season 3. Season two ended on a pretty high note that wraps up a lot of story lines and allows for new ones to be introduced and from a teaser voice-over I heard a few weeks ago, nice guy Nucky is gone, he's going to be full on gangster.
Worth checking out then? I'll have to torrent it or rent it cause it's not on Netflix and I need a new show to hold me over until the next Breaking Bad season (get caught up James!)

Yeah the acting is rather bad. The guy that played Sucre was awful too. Mahone and T Bag were the only good actors tbh.
I will get around to it I think, I've watched seven episodes today so I am moving pretty quickly!

If you watched the first season and liked it then I'd say so, if you didn't like the first season I can't guarantee you'll get much enjoyment out of the second season, but as you're torrenting it you have nothing to lose but time.

I forgot how awesome this series was. I'm watching it again after a couple of years and it hasn't lost anything. Alan B'stard is the perfect politician - is an absolute hypocrite, has no morals, only thinks about his dick and his bank account and will stop at nothing to get his way. A character made entirely of vices.
It might be a British show about British politicians but it's universally funny and even if some celebrity/politician jokes are lost on those that haven't lived in Thatcher's Britain, it's still hilarious.

That might have been the best 30 Rock I've seen.

I have to admit something. I freaking love cartoons. Always have, probably always will. Some of the amazing cartoons I watch regularly are...

Adventure Time, Regular Show
Both of these shows are extremely trippy, the first a bit more than the second. Watching Adventure Time is like being on a bad trip, watching Regular Show is like slowly getting more and more confused and weirded out, since every episode starts off relatively normal, and ends with something bizarre. Anyway, I would highly recommend Regular Show, its jokes are really aimed more and older teens and adults. Adventure Time is sorta going downhill in quality, so I wouldn't recommend it.

The Legend of Korra
This is the sequel to Avatar: The Last Airbender. The art is awesome, the world is awesome, the mythology is awesome. You don't need to have watched the first show to watch the new one, but I would if I were you, because it was great. If you watched Airbender, but haven't watched Korra, it's more serious, with less wacky jokes and randomness. They're definitely aiming it at an older audience.

Young Justice
The newest DC comics superhero cartoon, it's even better than its predecessors. No real explanation needed here. It's about superheroes, and they're all teenagers. Great writing and characters. If you like the genre, you'll like it. If not, forget about it.

Is it bad that I have never watched even a second of Game of Thrones? Why are all of my friends talking about it non-stop?

I've never seen it either and so I've been included in what I imagine could be the same conversations with friends/co-workers. I know a number of things that have happened in that show now, even though I've made it clear I havent seen it yet and would appreciate it if they shut their damn mouth.

^ Yeah! It's like when Glee came out and I had no idea what it was. GoT is ALL everyone is talking about it. Is is any good, people who have watched it? Is it worth all the hype?
