How have I not mentioned this show before? It's genuinely excellent. I am one week behind so if a discussion ensues... Use spoilers please

Since Jans liked em I'm going to give it a go.
Season two was acceptable, I guess, and they introduced some enjoyable characters, but they made a lot of decisions in their plot that directly violated the pseudo-science they detailed in season 1, and as a result of those boundaries being broken, the writing suffered tremendous, unforgivable plotholes. They also made three of their characters SO powerful that there was literally no way to write any conflict for them without having them make painfully stupid decisions all the time. By the third episode of S03, things had become so ridiculous it was unbearable to continue watching.

Haha, he looks too much like this kid I knew in highschool who let some bullies duct tape him to a tree in art class.

I'm watching the first season of Shameless. Still not sure if I like it yet.

i'm probably gonna follow Journey to the West

mythical religious folklore about a monk's journey to Tibet, followed by the Monkey God, a hybrid man-pig and dunno who's the other guy

quite interesting - i've already seen a few versions

I'm only really watching One Piece currently, just watched the newest episode 536 where Arlong's "apprentice" Hordy challenged the Strawhat pirates to conquer the fish people and then go out to the Grand Line. I think Arlong is probably a more powerful fighter but Hordy has underdog cheap tricks, I've been waiting for the next episode in english subs to see if zoro can defeat him with his sword skills and like what happens with the giant 100 foot princess of the fish people with the giant boobs cos she's just laying on a beach. I think Zoro will probably beat Hordy but he'll trash the place and the princess will maybe save it from collapsing with her boobies or something . I missed out on about 200 episodes but fishmen are ****in awesome, caught this story-arc by luck! I think this is the only anime that doesn't suck.

Watched a trippy episode of Stargate Atlantis today too I need to get back into sci-fi shows...FRINGE was cool but a bit dull to follow because of all the non-consequential conversations...I'm expecting it to go downhill like Heroes too...they'll probably put more of the "character relationship building activities" bollocks in and less of the trippy plot dynamics that hook you into watching it in the first place Just makes it a lame soap I'm hoping it will be more like the outer limits/x-files

Hell yes, I love that show. Regular Show is pretty fantastic as well. Cartoon Network knows how to appeal to the stoner region of its audience.
