Just picked up a paperback copy of The Idiot today along with Thus Spoke Zarathustra (by Nietzsche). Should be an exciting week.

What is this a ****ing philosophy club? Jesus Christ, if I wanted to be bored to tears I'd go back to school.

I just finished the 5 people you meet in heaven, and now I'm going to read The Secret.

I vaguely remember someone saying that before. I just wish I could remember where...

I just finished The Quiet American, and I don't have anything else left to read.

What did you think of it?

Also I have to pay for books on Sunday so I may or may not have money for The Idiot... we'll see.

I have finals next Wedn+Thurs so I won't be on board until later next week. I do have the book and it looks like a good read.

It was very good. Favorite of Greene's works second to The Power and the Glory (I've read five so far).
