Adult Swim
 

I've seen afew threads on specific shows, but I thought it would be nice to have one to talk about the program in general. It just keeps going downhil IMHO, getting Family Guy was a terrible decision followed by not very funny shows like Assy McGee and Superjail. There are still some great shows on there but I miss Brak.
Opinions?

I love Superjail, and I'm glad The Brak Show got canned, it was mediocre at best.

AS has it's stinkers but it's greatness overall.

Ehh I just don't really find Superjail funny at all. Family Guy and Assy have their moments, but Superjail is just boring. My list would be more like:

I think everyone can agree that ATHF Boondocks and Venture Brother kick ass and that th eunanimated shows suck it.

Even though Bleach is my favorite anime, I can understand the dislike for it. Especially if you've only seen the dub on AS, which dosen't really do the show justice.

But Cowboy Bebop? WTF are you smoking?

Family Guy is awesome.

Sometimes when I watch adult swim I'll be dying of laughter and others I'll sit there and be annoyed at the immaturity of some of the humor. In general Adult Swim very hit or miss with me.

Some of the newer shows are some of the best actually. Xavier Renegade Angel's humor always gets me laughing pretty hard. But Superjail and Drinky Crow do not impress.

I actually kind of life Drinky Crow. It reminds me of Ren & Stimpy a bit. It isn't an amazing show but it has a weird sort of charm to it.

Though the best show on Adult Swim by far is Robot Chicken followed by Venture Brothers. Aside from that the only shows to have really impressed me are Oblongs and Home Movies.

Venture Brother is really good. Robot Chicken gets so repitive though.

i dont get adult swim but i get teletoon which has some adult swim shows on it... i like squidbillies, space ghost, frisky dingo, moral orel and metalocalypse... robot chicken is decent but pretty hit and miss.
