Just get a regular old drum key. I tend to switch the top and bottom heads from the toms if they are worm and just replace the snare head.

To tune just use an online guide, although your best bet is just trial and error since there is no right way to do it. Should not b to tight or loose yet needs to sound good to YOU.

Lastly make sure when you actually start the tuning you do it in a star shape, instead of just going in a circular shape. That allows each side of the head to be evenly tightened once your finished. Ask me if you need any more help or a link.
