Well, as I've said before, I definitely prefer South Park.

But this season has been pretty disappointing so far. The Jonas Brothers ep was good. Despite predictably pandering to the economic situation with Margaritaville, it was great. The Fishsticks ep was somewhat promising but they really hackneyed the joke. Aside from that... banal...

I haven't seen any of the new eps so I can't say weither or not I agree.

I can't put my finger on what the hell the alien episode was about. I thought it was about Wall Street but not really.

Well my mate tells me there were Star Trek references which I missed since I've not seen it before.

The Star Trek movie's not even out yet though and I don't watch that other bullshit.

You know.. I was about to post on here and say

"Why do we even need to debate this? Can't we just love both the same?"

And then I saw that I was the one that started this thread. Talk about...

idk why either, but i'd have to guess possibly it's one of those "WTF were these guys thinking?!" shows that caught peoples attention

I can only assume people who think South Park isn't funny either haven't watched it since the 2nd or 3rd season, or don't understand satire at all.

EDIT: I love how I tend to make a negative verb a positive one, especially when it changes the whole point...

EDIT II: I love how I thought I had made a mistake and instead made it a double negative...

Well family guy sucks so south park wins by default.
