Didn't we gush about Fire Emblem once, and then Elphenor or someone came in and bitched about it because he didn't like RPGs?

1. No XBox Live.

2. I have an OG 360 with a tiny, bitchass hard drive that's already pretty full.

In my experience, "triple A" games tend to cost far more on the console online store than it costs me to get them shipped halfway around the world by plane. Which is nuts, by the way.

At least back when I did have Xbox Live and actually spent money on my 360, I barely ever bought anything other than small arcade games on the xbox live store.

Indeed. But Rise of the Tomb Raider would probably play like ass on my laptop anyway.

I usually buy hard copies of console games because some tend to hold their value quite well.

For example, I just sold my year old copy of Breath of the Wild for Wii U for $47 (got a switch).

Seeing old, expensive ps1 and 2 games on Amazon is a highly annoying experience for me.

It's basically a hit parade of games that I used to own copies of, that I sold here and there for nothing, not realizing back then that some games would end up being worth much more than retail price.

Could have made a small fortune. But then again, who wants to keep shelves full of **** standing around on the off chance that it becomes valuable.
