i remember trying it on console and it was a laggy clunky mess of a game. i knew it would be better on pc, is it better enough to justify the purchase tho?

I have very rsre 1-2 second fps drops running it on max. To answer your question, if its a genre you like definitely get it. Ive put in about 8 hours snd im totally hooked but there is no combat or anything some idconsider carefully how much you really enjoy exploring( modtly to find materials and blueprints). There is a mysterious storyline as well which is interesting but a little predictable.
Rdit: sorry for the typos im on my phone and not gonna fix em |
hmm, sounds intriguing. as far as the genre goes i find most survival games to be very hit or miss, but when theyre good they can be a ton of fun. put quite a bit of time into the forest.
|
Well ive never played the forest but from what ive heard if you liked that youll def enjoy subnautica. Id buy it sooner than later if you can im not sure if the price is gonna go up for the official launch in a few days.

Just purchased Subnautica again since the last time I played it, it was in early access and didn't run very well. I've heard the full release is fantastic and I've really wanted to play it. So i'm giving it another shot.

Just RIPd on hardcore. Time to start over.
Lemme know what you think. |

I wonder how long before the classic Q refund. :X

holy **** it's ****ing great. the game runs really really well, and everything is so fluid and beautiful looking. when i played it before, the game was buggy and would lag all the time, but man, they've fixed that up. i'm loving it. played for 3 straight hours today.
