i dun't get it

i played hearthstone for half a month or so a few years back and it was actually really enjoyable but i fell out of love with it before i ever really got into the scene or understood the game fully.

Basically the first time you play a jade card it summons a 1/1. Then a 2/2, 3/3, etc. The druid class has been exceedingly strong at abusing this mechanic since it came out, and it only got worse with the newest expansion. Blizzard is finally nerfing druids and some other long standing dominant cards to stir up the meta a bit. In the last tournament every player brought 4 decks(druid being one) and youre able to ban one deck of your opponents in a best of 5(druid was banned 100%).

****ing savage.

so nerfing it was the right thing to do? i guess that's what confused me in the video, it was just some straight up rage.

I haven't touched constructed ever since Jade / Pirate stuff came out. Really uninteractive and it limited what the other classes could do so much.

I just tried to play arena the other day with an old deck, and I got destroyed (2-0 to 2-3). The new cards are very strong.

Yeah, the power ramp is really getting up there, and now with druids getting nerfed the new Highlander Priests are going to be running **** because they basically only lost to Jade Druid. Blizzard sucks, but it's nice to see them reacting in only a months time this expansion as opposed to Small-time Buccaneer and Quest Rogue going unchecked for quite a while. I can't speak at all to Arena balance, I don't like that mode.

Nah, some douche in Twitch chat was telling him what to do during a card review, and he just roasted him. Day9 rarely rages in an angry way.

Dark Souls is cool and all, but I vastly prefer guns to sword/shield/magic stuff.

I don't know what the average game-over-rate in Dark Souls is, but I died hundreds of times each in the first two S.T.A.L.K.E.R. games. Regardless, the first one I've replayed like 5 times.

Have you beaten it? You have no idea what hard is in that game until you get to the Red Forest. The number of enemies increases tenfold from there on. There is somewhere in the range of 300-500 enemies from there on. It is an onslaught fully realized in a game. The pacing falls off a cliff and you just have to accept it and go very slow. Everything before that seems like a stroll through candy land.

I haven't checked out Hearthstone in awhile. I stopped playing a little bit before the Un Goro stuff. I might go look at the new cards and deck metas running lately.
