You can blaze through the trilogy in a week? There's no way I could do that. I'm going through a trilogy run myself and I averaged around 40 hours for 1 and 2 each and I feel like I blazed through them - I'm in the middle of 3 and it's on track to be even longer.

When taken as one giant game, it's pretty damn intimidating.

No, I agree it would be nearly impossible. I just give myself a week at most before I lose interest and move onto something else, as I usually do.

I think I got through it in a little under two weeks, and I was on a psychotic binge that left little room for eating, sleeping, or bathing.

I'm going to need at least a month then. I haven't even started yet either so... yeah. I've already played 2 and a little bit of 3, but this will by my first time going through the 1st game so I'm excited for that.

Just remember that the 1st game didn't have the polished combat of 2 and 3 and adjust your expectations accordingly. It had the best story of all the games as far as I'm concerned though.

Holy ****, there's a humongous sale for ALL of the Tomb Raider games on Steam. Just picked up Legends, Anniversary, and Underworld for a little over $6. The older games are now less than $2 each, and I'm legit feeling like saying **** it and just buying them too. Who knows when they'll all be this cheap again?

OMG playing Tomb Raider: Anniversary, the remake of the first game, and while I love the new games it is awesome to get back to pure adventuring/puzzling/platforming. Just trying to figure out where and how to jump to get up to/down from a ledge is way more like sex than it should be.

God bless/damn Steam sales. Just bought Dishonoured, Sins of a Solar Empire, Star Wars: Republic Commando, and yet the game I'm set on trying first is S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow of Chernobyl. Never heard of it before a few weeks ago but it sounds ****ing amazing: an FPS, open world, survival horror game set in and around Chernobyl. Like, the most amazing real life setting for a horror game ever? ****. Yes.
