Dude! Great ****ing game. I have over 50 hours on it and it's still loads of fun.

Loving it so far. I actually find the artstyle superior to Fallout (at least 3 and NV). Fallout obviously doesn't have that stylized sheen that makes Borderlands look like a charmingly cheesy cartoon, but that lack of a weird "filter" also leaves all of the graphical limitations much easier to see. Borderlands is just prettier and more fun to look at.

Claptrap is also one of the best beginning-of-the-game guides ever.

It's both a really well made game in terms of art style, and it's also really well optimised. Once you level up and find more loot, the game will only get better. It's got a really good story and I've beat the game once already. All the characters and enemies are also really awesome, and of course there's a lot of smartass humor throughout.

Zelda's Wii U/NX game is called Breath of the Wild.

That new WW1 Battlefield looks rather good. Even despite the fact that to play a French soldier, you'll have to buy a DLC But it looks good.

Decided to give Borderlands: The Pre Sequel a try again, and I'm enjoying it a lot more than I was when it was released. I wasn't originally a fan of the Australian voice actors but I've come to understand the charm. Great game, looking forward to putting many hours into it.

I'm playing the first Silent Hill right now, and I beat Parasite Eve a few weeks back. I have to say, the FMVs in both games have aged pretty fucking well.

Oh yeah, and I'm also trying to make my way through Killer7. Now that's some supremely weird shit right there.

I was playing Parasite Eve a few weeks ago and it was definitely nice. It was done by Squaresoft around the same time as FFVII and VIII, so it has those same prerendered environments, and a similar atmosphere, which was pretty unique for an RPG. The combat system seemed a little bit unpolished (at least as far as I got, which wasn't that far), but the story and general vibe was a great mix of FF and Resident Evil. Gonna have to finish that at some point.
