Cause i never played it much, i only played Diablo 1 briefly and though it didn't play completely as an rts i did think it had some rts elements to it. I also used to play command & conquer so i know there's a distinction between the genres but i figured i would ask it anyway cause it was a harmless question.. you dick.

I've never even played Diablo, but I still know very well what kind of game it is because I don't live under a gaming rock.

It never ceases to amaze me just how many stupid people there are. That dude has clearly never played a pre-Elder Scrolls RPG.

I thought it was a turn based RPG before buying it, so add me to the idiot list too.

Blizzard has a free trial period for Diablo 3 if anyone is interested. Just started a game with a female monk named Zao (because Zao is an awesome band). With Starcraft 2 ruling my world and a free trial of Diablo 3, Blizzard is really making me a happy gamer ATM.

And Zao is awesome...

Been playing a LOT of Xenoblade Chronicles X lately, I'm about 30 hours into it. ****ing love the game, it's one of my top favorites at this point. It's certainly flawed in areas but the depth and exploration is basically unparalleled in the world of video games if you ask me. If you have a Wii U you should absolutely check it out

^ I almost bought Chronicles X a few days ago. It was a toss up between that and Divinity: Original Sin and I went with the latter. Good to hear it's worth playing. I'll pick it up when I'm out of things to play.

Now that I'm getting into Diablo 3 (which I will unfortunately have to drop some money on once the free trial is over) and am already totally sold on Starcraft 2, I'm starting to develop a minor fanboy crush with Blizzard.

Getting curious about Hearthstone (a free-to-play, online multiplayer card game based on Warcraft... I think), cause it's, you know, free, and competitive card games are awesome. Warcraft (the RTS) will likely also be on my radar eventually (thank god I don't have a gaming headset or the money to be paying a monthly prescription for WoW, or else I might end up getting too curious about that for my own good).

So yeah, Blizzard is kind of awesome and is currently taking more of my money than Steam. I've already thrown down money on the Heart of the Swarm expansion for SC 2, and the pre-order for Nova Covert Ops DLC (cause Nova is awesome and it saves about a third of the money to pre-order it).

Now I'm just hoping that something happens to drop the $40 price tag for the Legacy of the Void expansion before I beat the first two SC 2 campaigns, or else I won't be able to control myself. If worse comes to worse, at least I have the Mass Recall fan mod to take up even more time, which is the first Starcraft and Brood Wars expansion done with the Starcraft 2 engine. Totally awesome that I won't have to deal with the relatively primitive gameplay of the original and pay like $20 for the whole set as well.

Current Diablo 3 character is the female monk, who looks totally awesome with the short, white hair.

And about to start a new character as a female demon hunter, who is quite possibly the most badass-looking female character I've ever seen in a game (don't ask me why I have a thing for playing as female characters, cause it isn't ALL because of eye candy, and I am not aware of any predilection for cross-dressing or anything, I just vastly prefer them whenever I get the chance).
