Just picked this up last night for 30$ on Steam. I absolutely love the direction they went in this one and the added zero gravity aspect of it is pretty cool. I've always been a huge fan of the Borderlands series and so far, this one isn't disappointing me in the least bit, even if there have been reviews saying it sucked.

So has anyone here played Dying Light ? Is anyone as shocked as I am that this game is .. actually good ? Amazing even ?
Dead Island was a clunky mess, had a ton of technical issues, key gameplay features like combat were lacking, generally it was a mediocre game that could have been much better.
Dying Light is that game Dead Island wanted to be. Technically it's flawless (so far ~20 hours in I've had no crashes, no major bugs, no minor bugs either now that I think of it), graphically it's beautiful and it's just so fun. Sandbox fps fighting/running game with zombies ?? Yes please!

Everybody's heard about the Master Chief Collection being unplayable right? It's been 100 days and a map in Halo 3 still looks like the picture below. The lighting is totally ****ed, there's no shadows and depth of field. It looks like the game is running the Battlefield 1943 engine.

Spoiler for Huge picture:

Bwahahahaha!!! That's what you Halo-playing morons get for continuing to buy a game that became stale after the second game!

I don't have the game, nor an Xbox One. I haven't even bought a video game in 14 months.

Also, hi-five for this comment. I wasn't even a fan of the second game. The story and setting of the second game was neat, but I've never really cared for the multiplayer, and I thought dual-wielding was an atrocious gameplay element that I'm glad the 4th game did completely away with.

The best of the series for me is still:
Halo 1
Halo 4
everything else.

lol i tried it and sucked at it for some reason.

I can shoot fine in Borderlands but my aiming in Halo was horrible plus i didn't get into the story of the game.

Halo Reach was a fantastic game. Probably the only one besides the original that I truly liked.
