I just bought that earlier this morning, and I ****ing love it so far. Not my GOTY (because Transistor exists), but I have a feeling that it will stay in my Top 3 even after I actually decide to start playing more games from this year. I've also been playing this: GUYS THIS GAME'S SOUNDTRACK I mean, this is a really fun platformer about ninja-like janitors, but THAT ****ING SOUNDTRACK. I believe this was my lowest yield Steam Sale, I spent less than $25. I finally grabbed the Bioshock Infinite season pass so I could get those Burial Under The Sea episodes, a DLC pack for Payday 2, and then Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance and all I can say is... nanomachines son.

I just got MGR myself...I heard mixed reviews which is why I held off so long playing it. I haven't tried it out yet, though (Black Friday...I'm pretty flush with games now). I take it it was worth my 8 bucks? I'm a gigantic Metal Gear fan, so I'm just happy my collection is complete. Well...I still don't have Portable Ops but I'm not going to go buy a PSP just for that.
I also bought Borderlands in my hunt for holiday savings and all I gotta say is...damn, why did I wait so long to play this game?

I've enjoyed MGR, the over-the-top ridiculous gameplay finally matches the over-the-top ridiculous writing of the series. Within the first 30 minutes of the game you're suplexing giant robots, and there's a counter that notes how many pieces you cut an enemy into. It's pretty amazing as a big dumb spectacle fighting game like Godhand or Bayonetta, and like I said, it's nice that the gameplay has finally embraced the big dumb nature of the MG universe.

In just a few hours I'll be firing up my Kingdom Hearts 2.5 HD Remix which I have been getting increasingly excited for over the past few months.

I need to upgrade my PC, because I can't handle Bioshock Infinite very well, and I want to experience it at it's best, graphics wise. |

With duga, I'm a big MGS fan but Rising didn't seem very MGS so I've not played it. I am not arsed about playing Ground Zeroes either based off reviews on it being way too short.
Anyone know how to play MGS 1 in HD? |

I wouldn't write off Ground Zeroes...it's not too expensive and there's actually plenty there. As far as the story side of things, yeah - it's pretty short (around an hour to two hours if you take your time, 5 minutes if you run straight through) but there are other missions to complete that are pretty fun. It's still nowhere near the length of the other games, but I've played shorter. It's good for a MGS fix.
