I know it's not an RPG, but Shadow of the colossus is still the best example of an incredibly technical game that is also implemented incredibly well that I know of. |

The game has a cool atmosphere and a somewhat cryptic yet intriguing storyline but it plays like a puzzle game

I'm playing Rage. I'm playing on normal mode, and it's fairly easy, but also fun as hell. The art style's dope too. Grim Dawn is a Diablo-style game that I bought the other day, and I can't tell if the skill tree is terrible, or if Path of Exile has just spoiled me. I'm also really addicted to Warframe.

I just installed a Ps1 emulator on my tablet so im playing Civilization II, Digimon 2 (surprisingly a decent rpg) and Harvest moon.
Im planning on getting Legacy of Kain, Suikoden 2 and other rpgs that got overshadowed by the FF games. the only FF game im getting is Tactics. If anyone knows other good rpgs that aren't FF games i welcome your suggestions.

Snagged a few games from the Halloween sale off Steam, may get a few more since these prices are insanely cheap.
Brutal Legend Really excited to finally get to play this. I've always seen great feedback and good reviews on it but never really felt like spending almost 20 bucks for it. Halloween sale put it for 75% off so I went ahead and got it. Five Nights at Freddy's This game is awesome. I love well made creepy/horror games, and this one definitely does it's job. Part of that is due to the great eerie feel of only being able to see through the security cameras. It's an indie game too, so it's always nice to support indie developers. |

Speaking of deals, I heard that Target is offering a ridiculous buy 2 get 1 free deal on all video games for like the next week. It's insane. |
