I tried playing it again a couple months ago but I couldn't get the game to work Edit: don't get me wrong though, I loved both kotors despite their flaws. Lately I've been playing something called Duels of Champions - an online card game set in the Might and Magic universe. And it's surprisingly fun and a lot more polished and well thought out than I was expecting from a "spinoff" title. The free 2 play model is quite cool, it takes some time to get new cards (win 3 single player campaign duels or ~10 pvp duels to get enough money for a 12 card booster pack) but the game matches you with opponents at your level and I haven't met a clearly overpowered deck yet. If you want to spend several hundred dollars on a card game though, you can - and there's a special format for you to play the game with other like minded folks, you won't be meeting those cheap players like myself that want to squeeze every last drop of free content they can before they spend any money As for the gameplay, without posting an essay on what does what, it looks like what would come out if Magic the gathering and the tactical battles of heroes of might and magic had a baby. And the baby wasn't a radioactive mutant as one might assume but actually a very clever thing. The easy to learn, hard to master type. Fun fun fun. Here are some images, they're quite big thus the spoiler tag. If anyone wants to start, I'll include a ref link at the end of the post :P It should grant you some extra cards/gold, and give me some minor gold bonuses Spoiler for Images:

I just wish they had finished KOTOR 2 and not rushed to release it. Also wish Bioware was the developer. |

Yeah, I did hate those things. The one on the Normandy was the worst though. At least the other elevators, like the ones in the Citadel, looked cool, and your squad mates said things to pass the time, but the one in the Normandy was just so dull and slow moving.

i mean if we're gonna edit every little boring thing we find in games we'll probably f*ck up the structure of it cause we just want to skip to the action. I bet you alot of ppl just plowed through Mass effect just to bang a hot alien and i bet you those ppl didn't appreciate the scenery or the ambience the game creates. in that specific case you're in the elevator of your ship but imagine they didn't have that feature and instead they had a convenient tele-transportator you could use to go to any room directly. that would take you directly to your objective but you would lose the exploration and the ambience of the game in the process

And no, teleportation, while nice, is certainly not necessary when you could just make the elevators move at an acceptable speed–not even fast, just an acceptable speed. |

the loading screen for ME2 though, that's a difference story.. that sh*t is annoying. I like the loading screens from Fallout or GTA where they tell you details about the game or tips, i mean if it's gonna take awhile to load and least give me something interesting to read in the meantime.
