I played probably 30% of the main mission on PS3, but I'm mostly just waiting for the PC release.

While almost everyone else seems to have fallen head-over-heels for this, I just think that it's pretty good. I'll admit right now that I've never really been a fan of this series (hell, I've never really cared about anything made by Rockstar aside from LA Noire), with San Andreas being alright (although I really don't think that it's aged that well in some areas), and GTA IV having a nice narrative but also having both horrible driving controls that made a lot of missions not that fun to play through and Roman constantly asking me to either go bowling or see BEEG AMERICUN TEETEES. Thankfully, this fixed all of the issues that I had with GTA IV, but I'm still not in love with it yet. I'll probably actually finish the story mode sometime before this year is over, but I'll probably play through both Saints Row the Third and Saints Row IV before I even bother finishing this. For now, though, I'll probably just be driving around it's incredible map to kill some time... ...at least when I stop playing this to kill time... ...as well as this. Seriously, I only picked this up yesterday and it's already blowing every Mario Kart game that I've played out of the water. Oh hai best visual novel. |

Final Fantasy XIII-3 Lightning Returns.
Sorry this img is probably big as well. I got my collector's edition of this last night and popped it in. I'm enjoying it so far and the battles are really fluid. I miss having a party of three people but I don't mind switching between being a caster and melee fighter with one person.

GTA3 was a revolution. I played the **** out of that and Vice City.
I've been a jaded GTA player ever since. The story elicits yawns and eye rolls, the gameplay is basically the same, and I just get bored after a while.

I've just been playing some cheesy phone games lately. Major Mayhem is actually quite good for a mobile game. It's a simple cover shooter but it's got a unique charm and is just hella fun.
Also this old school RPG Brave Frontier. It's got a kind of Pokemon feel to it.

Soooo addicted to FFXIV: A Realm Reborn right now. It's my first MMORPG though and I die in all the dungeons. I've been called a newb so much it's painful. I'm trying to learn but it's so unlike normal gaming. o_O
I kinda wish I could just get by alone in the game but it's nearly impossible. Anyone else from MB playing? It's cross-platform on PC and PS3, and will be on PS4 in April. |

Actually it's still technically Call of Duty, because it's the same developers as the ones who made MW2. After MW2, a ton of game designers for Infinity Ward left and they formed Respawn Entertainment, the designers of Titanfall. A ton of the same concepts as COD are still there (obviously with vehicles, jetpacks, etc...). I'm waiting to buy my PS4 till the day this game comes out because it's the only game worth buying either system for right now (that's the first to come out).
