That sucks! You definitely want to get them from GOG before year's end because their license is changing ownership and they won't be available from that service anymore. I don't know if that will affect Steam, but considering Steam's version isn't configured to run on modern PCs, GOG is the way to go.

Spoiler for spoilers for the game:
I liked how the game made you drag your brother's body to the grave and fill it in. It's one of those moments that really exemplifies the player input and interactivity of the medium. It could have easily been a cut scene, but by making the player do it, it felt more real and immediate.
oh man that part was really emotional, I truly felt for the little brother during that sequence. Brilliantly done
Spoiler for yeahh:
I also loved the ending, you could tell the little brother grew up a lot during his journey. He was almost stoic at the gravestone while his father was crying his eyes out

its definitely a game that leaves a huge impression on the player, this is a game I wont soon forget

The Walking Dead Season 2

Honestly after the success of The Wolf Among Us and The Walking Dead 400 Days I can't say I was worried that the much anticipated Season 2 wouldn't be able to live up to the standards that Season 1 set, but the fact that the game exceeds them and is easily the best TellTale game to date has me feeling a lot better about the Game of Thrones and Tales of Borderlands announcements.

Yes, from all indications TellTale Games don't show any signs of slowing down or phoning it in with their flagship IP. The switch to Clementine as the protagonist works and actually makes the difficult decisions even harder now that she's not acting as your moral barometer. If you played the first season then get on this right now, and if you haven't played the first season, then buy it (it's available on pretty much everything with a screen) and play it because it is one of the most captivating pieces of entertainment to truly tap into the potential that video games have for interactive entertainment.

Poe, I'm still playing Mount & Blade: Warband. I love the way of fighting/horse-riding and ruling over a huge map of cities and villages. VEry nice game and I can't wait till Mount & Blade 2 will be released!

Picked up Gran Turismo 6 over the weekend and, wow, it's a goodun and easily the best driving sim I've played. It's not perfect; the AI is poor, the loading times are slow, the menu system is a bit iffy, but all that falls by the wayside when you're tearing around stunning tracks delighting in those equisite physics. It's quite sublime and a flawed masterpiece.

Just finished up The Walking Dead Season 2 Episode 1. It was really really good. I liked how they incorporated a lot more action in this episode. The scene where you were running and dodging was really cool. Also, Telltale really hasn't lost a step with the story telling and character development.

Spoiler for Walking Dead Season 2 Spoilers:
"I was surprised when the dog attacked Clementine, I was kinda hoping you would get to keep him. The part where Clem had to stich up the bite was really brutal and tough to watch. She really is one tough cookie, and has really grown up since the begininng of the series

Stoked for the second episode!

Just picked up Morrowind on Steam for five bucks! I'm nulling over whether I want to go ahead and start it, or if I'm going to wait until Skywind gets finished.

I wouldn't put too much stock in Skywind being a fully realized game. There are some good mods to help update the visuals, fix the bugs, and retool the combat. My advice would be to give it a try and remember that this is a game that predates autosave, so save often.
