The biggest thing I have against this title is that it's so short, had the campaign lasted 2-3 times as long it would be significantly better.
Still, they supply the game with a full set of modding tools so I guess it won't be long until new campaigns start popping up - and to be honest, I can't wait.
The game while technically somewhat obsolete is one of the most engulfing crpg experiences I've had for a while. And the combat is fun fun fun, especially if you have a decker running around teh interwebz while the rest of the team fights in the physical world, these 2 layers really compliment each other well.
Overall I'd say 8/10
I'm just about done, that Telestrian run took me forever to beat because I'm really not use to decking and for whatever reason the guards kept on taking out my healer. I'm quite enjoying the story so far and the combat is a lot of fun and really does remind me of what it's like to sit around the table and take 10 minutes to do something that would only take 5 seconds in real time

This game is a couple tropes away from being perfect. Too many grabbing ladders, planks, trash bins type interjections that are confounding. There was a particular instance where a fence was locked by a rusted chain which couldn't be shot off but a trash bin with downhill momentum could break it, sort-of broke the fourth wall a little bit. Otherwise this game is the modern day metal gear solid in terms of elevating narrative for the medium. The games social commentary and determination to break stereotypes is very commendable.

One of the few zombie games that I loved the opening scene. Well voice acted and looked visually stunning. The entire game looks stunning actually. Alot of it took place in Pittsburgh, but I was sad that it didnt actually look anything like it except for major landmarks...

Ugh, despite grabbing up a whole bunch of games during the Steam summer sale I find myself going back to Skyrim again and again like an abused spouse (horrible simile, I apologize)

I'm playing a khajiit thief (again) however this time I've resolved myself to try and do a non-lethal run (to a degree). Even with a few stealth mods to make the gameplay a bit more challenging, and abstaining from the usage of illusion magic unless I'm really in a bind, I'm finding it pretty easy. The pickpocket skill is still totally broken, which lead me to level up 5 times in one night during a crime spree in Whiterun, but there is a lot of satisfaction to be gained from tricking enemies into getting out of the way rather than just pick them off one at a time like I've been doing.

My only concern is that I'm going to level myself into a corner once I hit 30. So far I've been able to take down a few dragons by using other enemies in the area like bears and giants, however this won't work every time. Also once I'm done with the Thieve's Guild questline and have gotten the Master Thieve's Guild armor, there really isn't anything else to do in the game if you're playing a pure thief beyond stealing more stuff, which will get old after awhile.

How many hours have you actually managed to clock in Skyrim? Last time I checked I'd passed the 600 mark, although at least 100 of those were due to me being a terrible human being that forgets to turn the PC off at times. I'm basically trying to say that you're not alone in that particularly addiction.

197 according to Steam, but that's not counting the 200 or so I put into Skyrim on my Xbox 360. The problem is once I get a character to a certain point I lose interest, and that point is somewhere around level 40 or once I max out their main three skills. My previous character was an arcane assassin who only used a conjured dagger, but by the time I maxed out my alteration, illusion, and sneak my character was so ridiculously overpowered that so long as I was never spotted, I would be okay.

I have so many other games I need to finish. I have no time to be getting into another RPG but I couldn't pass up getting the collector's edition of this game.

I think they are finished with Sims 3 expansions after this last island vacation one.
I have phases where I get really obsessed with it! I love Sims 3. My friend and I spent 6 hours playing it on my computer, we would go into neighbours houses and steal their stuff every night (3 items a night), flirt and sleep with the husbands of the household, get kicked out after a big screaming match between everyone and then I'd hack into peoples computers to get more cash. So much fun!

Has anyone tried the latest Simcity game?

I have that exact same problem as well. I'm also guilty of basically making the same character over and over again. It's not quite as bad as it used to be in games like Oblivion where I would abandon 20 hours of progress and start over due to dissatisfaction with my character build but I often find myself losing steam on a particular character once I reach around level 20. I'll usually then just carry on playing them without bothering to roleplay at all for a few hours then give up entirely.

I have played the latest Sim City game and it's absolute junk. Even ignoring the whole DRM fiasco with it the actually game is dumbed down to the extreme and offers nothing that the older titles don't aside from better graphics and an awful MMO system.
