got a loan of AC: Revelations from my pal, but just not feeling it.
Perhaps it's because the game prior to it for me was Arkham City (yeah, I'm waaaay behind everyone else) which was fantastic. Thus far, AC: Revelations has just been meh, not to mention it continually freezes when I try to access the side quest 'Desmonds First Memory' but that has probably more to do with how my friend handled the disk rather than anything else. For some reason I feel obligated to play through all the Assassins Creed's although they're all incredibly repetitive. |

That game has been on my to do list since it came out.
Mine: Skyward Sword, Luigi's Mansion 2 (playing), HL2 Episodes, Portal 2, More Starcraft and Counterstrike, Majora's Mask (lol, will prolly wait for 3ds remake), Bioshock Infinite, Ni No Kuni, GTA4 xpacs, MGS4, New Mario 2 (3ds). I need to stop buying games... What does your to do list look like?

Unless you're suggesting you've already bought it and have yet to play it.

It was only 1$ on Xbox which is an absolute steal for such a brilliant game.

FTL: Faster Than Light For whatever reason this game has been on my mind a lot lately. It's perplexing as I'm not a big fan of these kind of roguelike games because I am a story based gamer and there's not much to get invested in if my crew keeps dying every 10 minutes. Then it struck me, I actually get a deeper look into the game universe by dying so much that the game never repeats itself. Each of those lives was a little glimpse into the same universe from different perspectives. Perhaps I'm reading too far into things, but as far as strategy games go, this one has some really unique and intuitive ideas, like being able to suffocate pirates if your ship gets boarded, or open up various doors around your ship to help put out fires. Great game, I'd suggest buying it if it comes up in a sale. |
