I love throwing on some old PSX games every now and again. Earlier then that I can't really get down with though cause I didn't grow up with those games.

Deus Ex: Human Revolution

Just started it. The original is my favourite game of all time, hoping this matches up somewhat. Even a little!

Played X-Men: Destiny and finished it in less than three hours. Glad I redboxed it for two dollars.

Uncharted 3 is acing all of the reviews right now. It got a perfect 10 from IGN.

I'm in the middle of Portal 2 right now. Excellent game. I'm going to give co-op a shot with a buddy when I'm done with the single player mode.

^Loved that game. Just make sure your buddy isn't an idiot and you'll have a blast.

God damnit now I sit here and wonder why the hell I got a 360 instead of a PS3 :(

Honestly, most "professional" critic reviews are such crap. IGN regularly sucks Activision's dick, EA was recently caught manipulating scores for Battlefield 3, and it's all generally one big circle jerk between publishers and gaming publications that I strongly suspect has something to do with money.

If you really want to know whether a game is worth playing or not, YouTube some Let's Play videos and see what third-party forums are saying. I'm not saying Uncharted 3 won't be awesome, I'm just saying that I don't take "critic" reviews seriously at all.

Also, I heard that Uncharted 3 already has 7 DLC packs planned. That's just.... insane. In a bad way.

If by "getting it at midnight" you mean "I already pre-loaded it onto my computer, and all I have to do is press play", me :p:

At that same token I'm sure the reviews for Uncharted 3 are going to be high across the board because they were high for 1 and 2 and not much changed between each game. In an effort to stay as safe and profitable as possible I imagine nothing much will have changed for the third installment.
