just bought:-

Soldier of Fortune - unfortunately not a Codemasters game, but pretty serviceable Doom clone

Virtua Fighter 2 (Jap only release) - purely for nostalgic reasons, I played the arcade version nearly every single day during University

Ghehe, I have a Sega Saturn so I can play the original :D.
It's so bad it's awesome again :D

read the review - PS2 version is slightly better than the Saturn version

but you need a Model 2 emulator on the PC for an arcade-perfect conversion

Yeah, the Saturn sucks in general, but it's cool to have one.
They're really rare here :)

i remember playing it a lot in the Comet electronics shop when it just came out (they have free promo plays)

It never really was a big hit here.
I bought the Atari Jaguar in that time. Not a big hit either :D

the Dreamcast was hot for a while

then Sega just packed up their bags and developed for their former competitors

Got a dreamcast too. It's better, but mainly Sega just ****ed up after the Megadrive (I believe it's called Genesis overthere)
