What do you think of it so far? I played on one yesterday for a bit, and the 3d effect honestly did my head in. I found it really hard to focus on the game properly. I know you can turn the 3d off, but whats the point in the 3DS otherwise lol

I just wrote up a review of the system as a whole on Gamestop's website but yes.
After about 30 mins or so the 3-D effect really messes with my eyes so I have to take a little 10 min. break. It's not something you get used to. They even said it in the safety guide that you SHOULD take a 10-15 mins break after every hour of gameplay.

I made it through the easy levels but then I got to the boss level and it was just ridiculous

I have almost all the Lego games on the PS2, cept for the first Star Wars, which was the prequel trilogy. They're all from mildly enjoyable (Indiana Jones, Batman) to great (Star Wars 2). |

I've been playing Fallout 2, but then left that partway to play the original Fallout and realised how damn easy it is.

How does it compare to 3? 3 is the only one I have played but I'm not sure I want to go back in technology or horrible gameplay to find out about the others. I still haven't played New Vegas yet either.

just played Champions of Norrath : Realms of Everquest
much much better than its sequel Return to Arms or the somewhat similar Baldur's Gate II, with much better battle mechanics (you get better at fighting after actually fighting, not that the enemies' level par up with yours after you level up) and interesting selection of weapons nearly on the level of Fallout : Brotherhood of Steel, I believe |
